These can increase bleeding during your treatment making it harder for pigment to implant and potentially affecting your healed results.

This is why we say to avoid ‼️
• Alcohol for 24–48 hours before your appointment
• Coffee/caffeine on the day of your appointment
• Blood thinning medications or supplements (where it’s safe to do so) such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E.
