Got to take Becs grandma and Aunty from Melbourne to Chapel Farm for lunch.
So grateful for this as they were unable to attend our wedding at Chapel farm last year in November, due to lockdowns.

We all need to eat more protein, and we need to eat it every day.
Protein is an essential part of your diet and can help you build lean muscle, burn fat, and maintain muscle mass. Protein also helps you feel fuller for longer when you eat it before exercise.
If you're having trouble meeting your daily protein needs, try adding more vegetables and fruits into your diet.
It's actually important for everyone! It makes up most of your cells' structure and provides energy for your body to function properly.

As someone who was overweight for most of my life, I know how hard it can be to lose weight.
I also know how much it can help you feel better about yourself and how much more confident you can be when you're thin.
I'm pretty sure that the process of transforming your body will be one of the most rewarding things you'll ever do.
If you're feeling discouraged or like your body doesn't fit with your personality, I want to inspire you.
There are so many ways that we can change our bodies and our lives for the better.
When I started my journey, I was so excited to get started.
But as time went on and I saw myself getting bigger and heavier, it became clear that this wasn't just about me anymore—
It was about my family, my friends and neighbors, and the world at large. I wanted them all to know how much they mean to me, so I started sharing my journey with anyone who would listen.
Now that I've been on this journey for a while now, I can say with confidence that it's one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
Not only have my physical abilities increased tenfold (and those are pretty hard numbers), but my mental health has improved dramatically as well.
So if you're struggling with your weight or body image or any other issue related to your body image: don't give up! You can do this!

I have no idea what the hell im doing…
If this is you when you walk in the door of the gym then read on👇👇👇
Day one of me at the gym 11 years ago was scary AF!!
180kgs, didn’t know anyone, felt lost/nervous and definitely had no idea what I was doing.
I walked straight to a treadmill as it had a start and stop button.
“Surely I can’t stuff that up too bad”
I would look over to the weights section for the next few months and every time I would think “I can’t get jacked like those fellas, or I don’t wanna get in the way and annoy them”
It wasn’t until one of the PTs came over to me one day and asked if I did any weights training. I laughed this off and was like “ mate nah I’m good I’ll just stick with what I know”
He said “is it because you can’t lift weights or you don’t know how”
This question floored me haha. For the first time I realised o geez he’s knows that I know I have no idea how to lift weights😭
He offered me a session purely to show me that I was capable to at least start moving weights.
And guess what…. I Loved it!!!
You see fear of the unknown can hold us back from attempting many things in this life.
But if I’ve learnt anything over the years it’s that, if you actually ask someone for help and find someone who’s already done said thing/exercise/skill you start to realise you’re capable of literally anything.
My front rack squats and oly lifts have been a big focus these last few weeks and I’m loving the challenge of learning this new skill. My knees over toes squats are making me a better athlete every week. And I’m 36!!!
If you do anything, then make sure you go out and accept new challenges that come your way and dont fear change.
For it is in these moments of fear of the unknown, that we truly become something greater than we’ve ever been.

You've heard it a million times: "Eating healthy is expensive."
It's all about finding the right balance between your budget and your health.
The first thing to remember is that eating healthy does not mean spending more money on food.
In fact, many studies have shown that people who buy organic fruits and vegetables can save up by doing so.
That same study also found that people who cook from scratch rather than buying prepared foods could save up much more.
So yes—eating healthy might cost a little more up front, but it will save you money over the long haul!
First, make sure you're getting all of your nutrients from a balanced diet.
Then, look at where you can cut back on expenses by eating less but still getting all of the nutrients that you need.
Here are some tips for keeping your budget in check and still eating healthy:
1. Look for sales. If you know what the end date is for a sale, you can look at your calendar and plan your shopping accordingly.
2. Buy in bulk. Buying in bulk is not only cheaper, but it also cuts down on prepping and cleaning time as well.
One great way to do this is by purchasing freeze-dried foods like beans or rice—they'll last forever (and they're delicious too!).
3. Make your own version of store-bought items that have added ingredients like sodium or sugar,
or prepared meals with high sodium content (like frozen pizzas). You'll save money on these items but still get the same flavor!

Did you know that your hydration needs are affected by temperature, humidity, sweat rate, and exercise duration?
You can use these variables to help you determine how much water you need to drink to stay hydrated.
The most important factor affecting your hydration need is temperature. When it's hotter out, you'll sweat more and lose more water.
But that's not all! You also need to consider humidity and how much water you're sweating out. That's because sweat has two parts: urea and water. And when it's humid outside, you'll produce more urea than usual—and that means you'll also produce more water than usual.
As for exercise duration, shorter workouts are less taxing on your body and will cause you to sweat less than longer workouts.
