Hi, I’m Lauren the owner of Essence Massage Margaret River. I am a qualified Remedial massage therapist and Myotherapist. I’m passionate about providing a holistic approach to body work.

I completed my training at Endeavour College of Natural Health in Brisbane, where I graduated in 2013 with a diploma in Remedial Massage and a bachelor of health science in Myotherapy. I am a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) through which I am a practitioner that is health fund recognised.

I have also trained in Reiki and Reflexology, which allows me to work on an energetic level with my clients as well as a physical level.
