- wear SPF daily, especially as it’s summer! Pigmentation from not protecting your skin, sunburn and dehydration aren’t a good look!
- Up your water intake
- Use a decent cleanser and moisturiser and don’t sleep in your makeup!! 🤦🏼‍♀️
- Reduce sugar intake
Look for inspo pics with the same skin, eye and hair colouring as you!!
