First of all, I want to say a massive thank you to everyone for your understanding and patience in the recent couple of months whilst J have been forced to look after my own health.
Surgery went well and now it is all about my rehab. Again I thank everyone during these upcoming months for your patience and understanding whilst I go through this next stage.

Secondly, moral of the story …… do not ignore injuries. 🤣
