• Clear, consistent work – healthy locs, not rushed , repeat clients (we can all get first time clients - it’s about them coming back that counts! Happy clients always return!)
• Takes time to consult with you before starting - in person consults are always the best way to make sure you are both on the same page.
• Educates you on maintenance + realistic expectations !
• Clean, hygienic setup (this is a big one 👀)
• Respects YOUR vision, not just their style
• Honest about what your hair can and can’t do - not everyone can have dreads or can upkeep dreads - yes I said it!

• No portfolio or only filtered/unclear photos and no still close ups.
• Rushing you into booking without a proper consult
