Alchemise Your Soul

I’m someone who finds the magic in the everyday quite easily.

I’m deeply grateful that I get to experience joy in so many of my days, and in so many little moments of my life.

But I’m not going to lie… yesterday was tough.

After an extraordinary few weeks of travel, adventure, beauty and experiences that felt almost surreal, coming home and integrating back into the normality of everyday life felt… confronting.

I found myself sitting on the beach, looking around at the life that was right in front of me and wondering…

Why don’t I feel grateful for this right now?

Where has the magic gone?

For a moment, it felt like somehow I’d left it all behind.

Like the magic had been taken away with the travel, the experiences, the freedom and the feeling of being so alive.

But today, I was reminded…

The magic is still here.

I went for a walk with a friend after a beautiful coffee and found a tiny green love heart along the way. Then I noticed beautiful jasmine flowers.

And I swear, for a moment it felt like the universe was being a little bit cheeky.

Like it was saying…

“Here. You asked where the magic went!” 💚

It reminded me that the magic was never only in the places we travelled to, or the extraordinary experiences we had.

Those things simply reminded us how to see it.

We don’t necessarily need to change our lives.
We just need to refocus our lens.

Because even when it feels like the magic has disappeared…

…it hasn’t.

It’s still here.

We just need to open our eyes and remember how to see it. ✨

A place that showed me… I can do this!

A place that reminded me of a deeper sense of trust — that everything is happening exactly as it’s meant to.

A place where I noticed people, angels, quietly placed along the path, making everything feel a little bit easier - the kindness, the unexpected support, the magic when you open your heart.

A place that, even though I have never been before, gave me a glimpse of what it feels like to be somewhere and simply… be.

As we sit between portals on our way to Italy, I am reflecting. 🇮🇹✨

This trip feels like so much more than a holiday with my boys.

It feels like a celebration of the life I’ve chosen, the lessons I’ve learned, and the woman I’ve remembered along the way.

Because perhaps that’s what our experiences are here to do.

Not to break us.
Not to test how much we can endure.
But to reveal more of who we are.

Every experience — the beautiful, the uncomfortable, the unexpected — can bring another part of ourselves into view.

And the more we remember, the more we trust ourselves.

We become clearer in our choices.
Stronger in our boundaries.
More willing to follow what feels true.

There have been times when I’ve had to make difficult decisions without knowing how everything would unfold.

And sometimes trust and surrender were the only things I had.

But looking back, I can see how every one of those experiences has contributed to where I am today.

Not because everything happened exactly as I imagined it would…

But because each experience revealed something more of me.

And perhaps that’s the gift.

To trust that life is unfolding, even when we can’t yet see where it’s taking us.

So today, as I board that plane with my boys, I’m celebrating.

The choices I’ve made.
The lessons I’ve learned.
The parts of myself I’ve remembered.
And this beautiful, messy, extraordinary life.

And now I’m saying to the Universe…

I’m ready.

Ready for more joy.
More adventure.
More love.
More life.

Show me just how good it can get. ✨

A deep deep sense of being more in flow with life, and trusting that everything is EXACTLY as it’s meant to be.

As I experienced, a pilgrimage is not about the destination, it’s about the journey of letting the land move through you.
