As another year is coming to an end, I would just like to thank you all for supporting my business again this year.
This has definitely been my biggest year yet!

Without all of my beautiful clients, this dream of mine would not have turned into a reality, so I thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

I hope everyone has an amazing time with their families today and throughout the holidays.
Cheers to way too much alcohol and food being consumed over the festive season.

With Christmas only just around the corner I would suggest you book your appointments ASAP as I only have a FEW SPARE appointments LEFT FOR THE YEAR!!!

BOOK NOW to avoid disappointment, remember guys it's just me and I can only do so much.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ
I am sad to have to write this post but due to the amount of no-shows/cancellations I need to.

I am blessed to have great regular clients and I truly appreciate the loyalty they show me. I make myself available in and outside of business hours and I am always willing to change appointments when requested.

If you fail to show for your appointment, and you also fail to notify me by phone, text or Facebook Messenger you will need to understand that I may not take future bookings for you. Appropriate cancellation notice is 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

New clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your first booking. If the appropriate notice of cancellation is not given or you are a no-show this deposit will not be refunded.

If you're going to be late please let me know!!
Most appointments are booked back to back and if you're running 15min late we will need to reschedule your appointment as I will not have enough time to provide the service you're booked in for.

I mean no offence by taking this stance, but I do so to keep my prices affordable and my small business sustainable.

My business is my job. It's how I pay my bills.
It may be ‘just a missed appointment’ to you, but it is a costly inconvenience for me.
