For a long time, I thought the answer was to just do more
Be faster. Fit more in. Keep pushing.
But the more I rushed… the more disconnected I felt from my work.
I was second guessing myself, overthinking every decision, and trying to keep up instead of actually being present.
And it showed.
Not because I wasn’t capable
but because I was operating from a constant state of pressure.
It wasn’t until I started slowing down even something as simple as my breath , that everything began to shift.
I felt calmer in my body.
More clear in my decisions.
More connected to what I was creating.
And my work started to reflect that.
This is something we don’t talk about enough in this industry.
But the way you show up… is in everything you create.
That’s why I’ve created something different.
Beyond The Blondes isn’t just about technique
it’s about learning how to trust yourself, regulate your energy, and elevate your work from a deeper place.

Not everything looks like it used to… and that’s okay.
Getting to the gym, making a class, having “me time”… it’s not as simple as it once was.
Old me would’ve been probably even a little disappointed that I’m only getting to the gym 1–3 times a week.
But this version of me
She’s learning to see it differently.
Instead of asking “why is this so hard?”
I’m asking “how can I make this work with what I currently have.
Because I could easily fall into the excuse…
No time. No support. Too hard.
But I don’t want to live there.
So if it’s 30–40 minutes at home, in between cooking dinner.
I’ll take it.
Because this is a season , not my forever.
And there’s something really powerful about choosing gratitude in the middle of it.
