Are you ready to make the switch to a safer, healthier option? Weโ€™ve got you covered!

If you have been using conventional chemical based deodorant for years, it can sometimes take 2-4 weeks to adjust to natural deodorant. You will sweat more than usual during this time as it is the bodies way of detoxing after years of your sweat glands being blocked by chemicals. Allow yourself this time. ๐Ÿƒ

Transition Tips:

1. Drink a lot of water! You will want to stay as hydrated as possible during the transition period as you will be sweating more than usual.

2. Eat a clean healthy diet.

3. Detox your pits - mix a teaspoon of bentonite clay with a little water to form a paste, apply to your underarms, leave for 5-7 minutes and then rinse.

4. Sweat it out - exercise, sauna, or take a hot bath. Itโ€™s natural to sweat and this will help open up your glands after years of being blocked by aluminium.

5. Ditch deodorant at night. Let your underarms breathe overnight.

Just the thought of putting conventional chemical based deodorant on our bodies makes us cringe! ๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿคข

Did you know that most traditional deodorants contain heavy metals that Interfere with your hormones and blocks sweat glands, Parabens (hormone disruptor), and Triclosan (thyroid & endocrine disruptor), along with artificial colours, fragrances and many more questionable ingredients!

It is so, so important to allow your body to sweat, and your armpits are the main avenue to do this. If you are blocking those pores, the toxins are staying in the
body & the lymphatic flow is disrupted.

To switch to a safer alternative that actually works, shop our 100% natural and eco friendly deodorants through the link in our bio.
