There’s something about learning through relaxing sound repetition that just feels natural to me so I’m now only focusing on Spanish ASMR designed to help you relax while picking up real, everyday language.

I’ve finally finished setting up my office space for ASMR after slowly working on it over the past few months 🥰

Everything here is still a bit experimental. I’m learning as I go, figuring things out as I do them, and honestly just enjoying the process. It’s not perfect yet and sometimes I need to remember that’s okay😅

Here you’ll see behind-the-scenes moments alongside the ASMR stuff ✨

I go live on TikTok every Sunday at 10pm EST (US)

(Which is Monday at 2pm AEST for Aussies).

If you can’t make the lives, I post edited replays on YouTube that you can listen to as background sound, and some sessions also go up on Spotify.

I’m just taking my time with it and seeing where it goes.

✨ Selfcare Spotlight by Bella Craft ASMR is evolving into a calming little corner where creativity meets relaxation. I’m bringing more sensory-based content into this space.

Think soothing ASMR triggers, slime sounds, soft art vibes, and gentle roleplay that all support mindfulness and winding down.

I’ll also be mixing in English and Spanish whispers, so if you’re learning Spanish or just love listening to soft voices before sleep, you’ll really enjoy what’s coming.
