I remember the exact day I closed my eyes and knew my life was about to change.

One question.
One answer.
And a very clear image of me… riding a bike through a big coastal city, on my way to open my own business.

On 20 November 2018, I arrived in Australia — a girl from Argentina starting from zero.
I rode my bike to work at a fish & chips shop. I worked hospitality shifts. I learnt English the hard way. I went through moments that tested me. I trained, studied, rebuilt my confidence, and slowly found my people.

And one day, I made a quiet decision: I’m going to go solo.
Building something in another country isn’t easy. It can be challenging, messy, sometimes lonely… but it’s also deeply transformative. Because every step forces you to meet yourself.

Today, The C Therapy is more than four years old.
It’s not perfect. But it’s real. And it keeps growing.

And it’s not just a studio. It became a community.
A space built on care, softness, and sisterhood — where women feel seen.

My clients come from all over the world: mums, students, professionals, entrepreneurs, women building new lives, women holding families together, women doing a hundred things at once. Different stories, different accents… but the same truth:
To give the best of ourselves, we have to start by caring for ourselves.

This is a small collection of moments that shaped my journey here — the lessons, the resets, the growth… and the quiet choices that eventually became The C Therapy.

Now that I’m 41, I can tell you this with so much honesty: after 35, your skin doesn’t need more products. It needs a new kind of support.

I wish someone had told me earlier that the “random fixes” stop working when your hormones shift, your stress load increases, and your skin turnover slows down. That’s when your face starts reflecting everything: sleep, inflammation, cortisol, blood sugar, overwhelm.

So here’s what I prioritise now, and what I teach my clients to prioritise too:
1. Barrier first. Start simple. Stop restarting.
2. Mornings are non-negotiable: vitamin C + mineral SPF, every day.
3. Nights that change skin: retinal + peptides — introduced slowly, one at a time.
4. Give it time: 4–6 weeks before you judge a routine. Your skin needs time to respond now.
5. Nervous system care is skincare: sleep ritual, less cortisol, less inflammation.
6. Eat for calm skin: protein, good fats, minerals, low-GI anti-inflammatory meals.

This isn’t about “anti-ageing” in a harsh way. It’s about feeling healthy, calm, and confident in your own face.
