I don’t think I realised how emotional this day would feel.
Friday was our final day in Werribee at Mirra Skin & Aesthetics Clinic
For those that don't know, Natasha and I not only ran seperate businesses under the same roof for 6 years, but we are also best friends and were best friends long before that.
When I think about everything we experienced during that time, it honestly feels like we lived through a lifetime of business together. We’ve tackled COVID, lockdowns, staff coming and going, both of our weddings where we were both bridesmaids for eachother, VIP nights, new launches, pregnancy, maternity leave, quiet periods and absolutely crazy periods. We’ve done shopping centre pop-ups, navigated guideline changes, dealt with robberies and assaults, grown from one clinic to two and somehow managed to navigate everything in between.
There have been so many chapters, challenges, wins and memories and I genuinely could not have wanted to share that journey with anyone else.
While we will no longer be next door to each other, this absolutely isn't the end, it’s just the beginning of a brand-new chapter together in education.
Here’s to the next chapter, just from a slightly different address!

Here I am sitting in the middle of something you once only dreamed about…
A little BTS of what’s been happening behind the scenes at TK Aesthetics & Skin and TK Aesthetics Education lately…
Sometimes I stop and think, how did we get here?
What started as a little idea has grown into something that keeps evolving, changing and becoming so much bigger than I ever imagined.
And this photoshoot wasn’t just about getting some new headshots. It was about capturing where we are now.
And honestly? I’m really bloody proud of it.
Because when you’re in the day-to-day of running a business, you don’t always stop to appreciate how far you’ve actually come. You’re too busy thinking about the next thing…
But this shoot gave me one of those little moments to step back and think… I’m loving the way this business is evolving.
I’m loving the people we’re bringing into it and I’m so excited for what’s next.
A little glimpse behind the scenes of this next chapter.
And trust me… there’s a LOT more coming…

Menopause is finally getting the attention it deserves. About time!
For decades, women have been told to simply put up with it. The brain fog, poor sleep, mood changes, hot flushes, fatigue and feeling like they just don’t feel like themselves anymore. Now, things are starting to change.
The Australian Government has committed $792.9 million to women’s health, including increased support for perimenopause and menopause and has launched Australia’s first national Menopause and Perimenopause Awareness Campaign.
We want to do our part, too.
This Women’s Health Week, we’re making menopause conversations easier and more accessible at TK Aesthetics & Skin.
If you’re experiencing symptoms, wondering whether they could be related to perimenopause or menopause, or simply want to understand what’s happening with your body, let’s talk about it.
DM us “WOMEN’S HEALTH” and we’ll send you a complimentary Menopause Rating Scale to complete. Your assessment will then be reviewed by one of our Registered Nurses.

You’ve started the conversation. Now let’s take it a step further.
It’s Women’s Health Week, and we’re putting a little more focus on the stage of women’s health that too often gets brushed aside perimenopause and menopause.
So this Women’s Health Week, we’re offering a complimentary Menopause Health Assessment to patients attending an appointment with us.
It’s an opportunity to pause, check in with your symptoms and start a conversation about your health without needing to have all the answers first.
Already have an appointment booked? Ask your practitioner about your complimentary assessment when you come in.
Not booked yet? DM us “WOMEN’S HEALTH” and we’ll help you take the first step.

Hot flushes. Brain fog. Exhaustion. Poor sleep. Mood changes. Weight changes.
And being told, “Yep… that’s just menopause.”
We think women deserve more than that…
Perimenopause and menopause can bring a whole range of changes that affect how you feel, function and move through everyday life, yet knowing what’s actually happening and where to turn for help can feel incredibly confusing.
So, what actually happens when you book a Women’s Health Consultation at TK Aesthetics & Skin?
- Nurse assessment; we discuss your symptoms, health history, lifestyle and what has changed for you.
- Clinical discussion; we explore your concerns and discuss what may be contributing to the symptoms you’re experiencing.
- Doctor consultation; where appropriate, your assessment is reviewed and you can discuss your treatment options with a doctor.
- Individualised plan; because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to women’s health or menopause care.
If you’ve been thinking “I don’t feel like myself anymore”, you don’t have to just accept it as your new normal.

“It’s just menopause.” We need to stop treating that like an acceptable answer.
1 in 4 women experience menopause symptoms severe enough to affect their daily life and with symptoms ranging from brain fog and poor sleep to hot flushes, anxiety, joint pain and changes in mood, menopause can affect so much more than your menstrual cycle.
Yet so many women are left wondering:
Is this normal?
Is this just ageing?
Why don’t I feel like myself anymore?
And what can I actually do about it?
This Women’s Health Week, we’re taking a step towards making these conversations easier. We’re offering a complimentary Menopause Rating Scale assessment to help you identify and understand the symptoms you may be experiencing through perimenopause and menopause.
DM us “WOMEN’S HEALTH” and we’ll send you the complimentary Menopause Rating Scale. Complete your assessment from home.
Your results will be reviewed by one of our Registered Nurses, who can help you understand what your symptoms may be indicating and whether a Women’s Health Consultation may be appropriate.

We’ve normalised women feeling like s*** for far too long. There we go, I said it!
It’s Women’s Health Week and we’re talking about something that deserves a LOT more attention: menopause.
Here’s the stat that really got us:
1 in 4 Australian women aged 45–64 reported menopause symptoms that made it difficult to do their everyday activities.
And even more concerning? One-third of those women didn’t see someone about their symptoms.
Brain fog.
Exhaustion.
Poor sleep.
Anxiety or mood changes.
Hot flushes.
Joint aches.
Changes in weight.
Changes in libido.
These symptoms can be part of perimenopause and menopause but that doesn’t mean you should simply accept feeling unlike yourself.
Women’s health deserves more than “it’s just your hormones.”
At TK Aesthetics & Skin, we’re expanding the conversation around women’s health and creating a space where you can ask questions, understand what’s happening in your body and explore what support may be appropriate for you.

Happy Father’s Day to our favourite guy!
Watching you become a dad has honestly been one of my favourite things. Steffy is so lucky to have you. I love watching the way you make him laugh and how much he absolutely lights up when he plays with you.
I’m so grateful I get to do this crazy parenting thing with you.
Also Happy Fathers Day to my Dad. I appreciate you always pushing me to strive to be the best I can be.
Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads!

Hay fever season has officially arrived
Spring is beautiful… unless you’re dealing with the sneezing, itchy eyes, runny nose and congestion that seem to come with it.
If seasonal allergies are making you feel less than your best, you don’t necessarily have to just put up with it.
At TK Aesthetics & Skin, we offer consultations for patients experiencing seasonal hay fever symptoms. During your appointment, our team can discuss your symptoms, medical history and lifestyle before determining if treatment options may be suitable for you.

TK Aesthetics & Skin Werribee is moving!
This post feels incredibly bittersweet.
Almost six years ago, in the middle of COVID, I made one of the biggest and scariest decisions of my life.
With a whole lot of hope (and plenty of fear), TK Aesthetics was born inside Mirra Skin Aesthetic Clinic. I had no idea what the future would hold. I just knew I wanted to create a space where patients felt cared for, never rushed and always left feeling more knowledgeable than when they walked in.
What I didn't expect was just how much that little room would change my life.
It became the place where friendships grew, where patients trusted us through some of their biggest milestones and where so many of you have supported this business from day one.
To Natasha and the entire Mirra Skin team past and present thank you for welcoming us, believing in my vision, cheering us on and making us feel at home over the past five years. Leaving is far more emotional than I ever imagined.
But growth often means taking another leap. So, it's time for our next chapter.
TK Aesthetics & Skin is moving into our very own space within a medical clinic.
This move means we'll be open six days a week, welcome more patients, expand our team, introduce more treatments and continue delivering the personalised, honest and compassionate care you've come to know us for.
To every patient who has trusted us over the past five years, thank you. You are the reason we've grown from one treatment room into what TK Aesthetics & Skin is today and I can't wait to welcome you into this next chapter.
📍 New location: 404 Derrimut Road, Hoppers Crossing
