2022 was definitely an eye-opening year.
A new way of seeing everything and being grateful for the communities around me.
I find things to be thankful for each new day, but 2022 was an emotional roller coaster to say the least.

Looking forward to all that 2023 has in-store.

This one was a winner today at the market!
Was getting eaten alive by mozzies in the morning, as were my fellow stall holders.
Sprayed this and I was all good!

Unfortunately, I was slow to share the love 😬 and a fellow stall holder got badly bitten multiple times. (In hindsight, I should’ve thought to have taken a ‘before’ pic too 🤦‍♀️)

Quickly mixed up a skin remedy and swipe to see the ‘after’ pic. She said all itching and pain was gone!

Not only does it smell divine, but it’s good for your skin and effective for keeping itch-free outdoors 😉

What’s in it?
Only good ingredients for your health and the environment. Essential oils, witch hazel and filtered water.

I choose to only use Young Living essential oils because they’re therapeutic grade and top quality. They are 100%pure with no added fillers.

Itch-free Outdoor blend recipe:
10 drops Citronella eo
5 drops Lavender eo
4 drops Lemongrass eo
4 drops Peppermint/Spearmint eo
Top with half witch hazel, and half filtered water in a 50ml spray bottle.
Shake and spray. Simple 😁

Owie roller blend recipe:
10 drops Lavender eo
4 drops Eucalyptus Radiata eo
2 drops Thyme eo
Top with carrier oil of choice in a 10ml roller bottle (I used Sweet Almond oil).
