Empowering pregnancy & postpartum wellness

A recent postpartum visit reminded me how deeply layered this season can be.
We spent the morning preparing simple, nourishing dahl mixes - some ready for the fridge, others portioned so they can be quickly brought together on the days when energy is low and nourishment still matters. Food becomes care in its most practical form.
Alongside this, we made space for honest conversation. Navigating offers of help from friends and family, clarifying what is actually needed right now, and gently bringing the mother back into focus - her needs, her capacity, her voice. This kind of emotional support is just as essential as anything practical.
We also revisited her birth story and the early days of breastfeeding - an experience that began with real challenges and uncertainty. With the right support, patience, and guidance, she is beginning to find her rhythm. There is something powerful about being witnessed in that process.
This is what postpartum support can look and feel like: nourishing food, grounded conversation, and compassionate care, all within the comfort of your home.
If you’re moving through this season and want steady, personalised support, I’d love to connect. Link in bio 💛

Winter yoga doesn’t need to be energising to be meaningful. This season invites slower movement, longer pauses, and a softer relationship with effort.
For mothers, especially during pregnancy or postpartum, a hibernation-inspired practice can feel deeply nourishing. Gentle flows, restorative shapes, and breath-led movement can support circulation, ease tension, and bring warmth without overwhelm. It’s less about achieving a pose, and more about feeling supported in your body.
And some days, stillness is the practice. A blanket, a few breaths, and permission to rest is enough. This is yoga. This is care.
How does movement support you in winter? When does stillness feel most needed?
May your practice meet you gently and leave you feeling more held than before.

There are seasons in motherhood where so much is shifting beneath the surface, it can be hard to name.
You may feel tender, changed, or suspended between what was and what is still becoming. This is the quiet language of the in-between.
Winter meets you here. It does not rush you or ask for clarity. It simply holds. And in that holding, there is space to soften, to grieve, to slowly become.
Not everything needs to be figured out right now. Some seasons are here to be witnessed, not solved.
May you feel gently held as you stand in the space between what was and what is becoming.

In those early months, it can feel like everyone else has it together while you’re still finding your feet – but the truth is, we’re all learning as we go. Grounded Mothers offers a warm, supportive circle where you can share honestly, listen deeply, and connect with other mums who truly understand this season.
Each week includes dedicated circle time, space for questions, and ongoing community connection so you don’t have to do postnatal recovery alone. Babies are welcome, and everything from the timing to the practices is curated with your reality as a new parent in mind.
If you’ve been longing for a place to belong, ask the silly questions, and feel seen in your experience of motherhood, you are so welcome here.
Our next intake runs from 21 July–25 August at Eve Studio Brunswick, designed for mums with babies.
Book your spot in the July intake via Eve and step into a community that will walk alongside you through these early months.
