EXISTING APPOINTMENTS + WAIT LIST Appointments canceled due to COVID will be rescheduled. We will be getting in touch with you first. As for anyone who has called/ messaged to be on the waitlist, we are hoping to get to you by next week! So please do not stress!

NEW CLIENTS
If you are a new client who has contacted us (thank you) we will be trying our very best to get you in once we have cleared the decks of previous appointments and regulars. We will not forget about you!

CHILDREN UNDER 12
We won’t be taking on any new kids during this manic time due to the back log of bookings. As well, unfortunately, we are not taking any booking for kids under 12 as we are not clear on the rules for the unvaxxed. (This shouldn’t be for too long! 🤞)Also, we are moving to a new normal, as we are permanently only taking bookings for kids on Tuesday and Wednesday. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, however we have to be practical with the business.

NEW RULES
As you all know you will also need to be double vaxxed (at least for the time being!) so please don’t get upset with us as we are just trying to get back to work and make money, not loose money on fines, and also to protect the ones we love. Lastly, the rule is (until November 5) we can only have 5 people in the shop so please please come by yourselves for your appt until we get to 80%.

Also, we will soon be organizing to (again) create a wait list for anyone who would like an appt once we open back up! (Anyone who previously had a cancelled appt will be contacted first.)
