Prone to break outs or hormonal skin? We have a solution for you!
Here is a picture of my skin 3 days ago and then this morning. I generally have pretty good skin but always break out in once a month. There is nothing you can do to prevent hormonal break outs but how you treat them can speed up skin recovery.
I used Lactic Acid Serum in the morning and Retinol Oil in the evening.
Lactic Acid gets rid of dead skin cells and prevents blocked pores. It increases cell turnover and helps eliminate accumulated dead skin cells on the epidermis — the top layer of the skin.
Retinol regulates oily skin and minimises breakouts. It helps to normalise cell turnover and has an exfoliating effect that stops pores from clogging, pimples, blackheads and cysts from forming.
