✖️A tell-tale sign of someone not truly understanding or respecting the lymphatic system is starting at the feet or lower legs.
🫶🏼To work the lymphatic system optimally you MUST start closest to the centre of the body/lymph node and work back down the limb!
So if you suffer from achey or puffy feeling legs you always need to start at the upper thigh then work your way back down.
