So what is it? How do you get it?

🌈A Popsicle Lip is actually a 'Reverse Ombré Lip' technique.
Luscious, Vibrant colour concentrated in the centre of the lips, lined by a lighter lip pencil and graduated
to a lighter outer lip.
It mimics the soft, glossy ,stained look
of your mouth, right after eating a fruity icypole...
Think of eating an Orange Sunnyboy or Red Razza for all those 80's kids.😉😂

❤️Ombré Lips are the opposite.
Emphasis on the centre of the lip being lighter.
Lip liner and outer lips shaded darker.

So what DO you use to create both ?

Popsicle or Reverse Ombré?
I'd use the Fixation Liquid Lipstick for a set matte stain in the centre, then the lighter lip liner & then Lip Lightening Lipgloss in a lighter shade too.
Add Lip Oil for extra Juiciness.😁

Ombré?
Use a darker shade of Fixation Liquid Lipstick and a dark lip liner or eye liner for the outer lips.
Use a lighter lip pencil to colour in the centre, then a lighter Fixation Liquid Lipstick or Lip Lightening Lipgloss for the middle.
Pat off the excess 'shine' for an Ombré Lip.😉
