The April retreat was truly exceptional ✨
This time, our ladies arrived ready — ready to support, uplift, and grow together. From better food choices to yoga and self-love practices, every moment was about reconnecting with themselves.

But the most powerful part? The connection.
By the end, we weren’t just a group — we became a circle. Hugs, deep conversations, real care, and the courage to share stories that weren’t easy to tell. And through it all, one thing was clear: every woman was ready to rise. To heal. To grow. To live a happier, more aligned life 💛

We had a 20-year-old girl from Canberra who blended with other women very well. We loved her like our own daughter.
We definitely will get all ladies together again in December to celebrate life and growth!

🌾 Bulgur: how to cook + health benefits

Bulgur is a whole grain made from cracked wheat that is quick to cook, nutritious, and very filling. It’s popular in Middle Eastern dishes like tabbouleh and works perfectly for healthy everyday meals.

✅ Health Benefits of Bulgur
1. High in fiber
Supports digestion
Helps prevent constipation
Keeps you full longer (great for weight balance)
2. Good for heart health
Helps lower cholesterol levels
Supports stable blood pressure
3. Low glycemic index
Releases energy slowly
Helps stabilize blood sugar levels
4. Rich in nutrients
Contains:
B vitamins (energy & nervous system)
Iron
Magnesium
Plant protein
5. Supports gut health
Fiber feeds healthy gut bacteria → better immunity and digestion.
🍲 How to Cook Bulgur (Easy Method)
Basic cooking (most common)
Ingredients
1 cup bulgur
2 cups water or broth
Pinch of salt
1 tsp olive oil (optional)
Steps
Rinse bulgur (optional but recommended).
Bring water to boil.
Add bulgur + salt.
Reduce heat, cover.
Simmer 10–15 minutes (depends on grain size).
Turn off heat and let sit 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
✔ Ready!
⏱ Even Faster Method (Soaking)
Great for salads.
Put bulgur in a bowl.
Pour boiling water over it (1:1.5 ratio).
Cover and leave 10–20 minutes.
Drain excess water if needed.

Hey guys, today i will show you very powerful and helpful pose.
Yoga pose Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend).

The body is folded over the legs, chest close to the thighs, hands touching the floor, and legs mostly straight.

Benefits:

Stretches the hamstrings and calves
Lengthens the spine
Relieves tension in the back and neck
Improves circulation
Helps calm the nervous system
How to practice safely:
Slightly bend your knees if you feel strain in your lower back
Fold from the hips, bringing your torso toward your thighs

Flaxseed Bread 🌾

It’s a great low-carb alternative to your regular bread.

Only 2 ingredients:
• 250 g flaxseeds (graited)
• 2 tbsp psyllium husk
270 ml hot water

Mix all ingredients and bake in oven for 50 minutes on 200°C.

Rich in fibre, gentle on digestion, and keeps you full longer 🤍
