Something I had to learn the hard way 👇🏼
It’s so tempting when you’re building a beauty business to squeeze in as many clients as possible. Back to back all day, no breaks, maximising every single hour.
But I’m gonna hold your hand when I say this, rushing through services is one of the fastest ways to lose the quality that made people book with you in the first place! I make sure to give every single one of my clients the time they deserve, no rushing, no clock watching, just my full attention on them and their results.
Allowing an extra 5-10 minutes that you ‘may not need’ on services, means you have more attention to detail, allows time for any contradictions that may arise and that’s exactly what keeps my clients coming back.
