Epicure Cosmeceuticals founder and CEO, Natalie Braic, suffered from problem skin, allergies and various digestion issues, most of which went undiagnosed. She took matters into her own hands, researching ways to combat her internal and external problems through diet and skincare. Along the way she became obsessed with pure, botanical ingredients. Natalie’s own experiences and interest in skincare

led naturally to her studying Health Science, and to her seeking treatment through the emerging science of cosmeceuticals. Natalie was determined to create a high-quality cosmeceutical product range. Her aim: to produce a high tech Australian brand from scratch, based on pure products with no artificial colours and fragrances, and no harmful parabens. This led Natalie on a professional, and personal, journey. ‘I wanted to formulate a range in conjunction with the world’s leading cosmetic chemists and dermatologists,’ explains Natalie. ‘I was prepared to travel overseas to not only find this leadership, but also to conduct my own cosmeceutical research.’

Natalie was keenly aware that, to satisfy the skincare-savvy market, she would need to develop a range of cosmeceuticals that contained pure actives – science-based Nobel Prize winning ingredients that provide high levels of anti-oxidants to protect the skin from premature ageing and environmental damage. Today, after 18 year’s experience in the skincare industry, Natalie has not only resolved her own health and skin issues through self-help, she has treated the full range of skin conditions in others, and worked with leading emerging technologies on the market. Essentially, the Epicure Cosmeceuticals range has been more than 15 years in the making.
