✨ Why I Chose Reiki Healing & Chakra Balancing ✨
My journey into Reiki healing and chakra balancing is deeply personal. It has become so much more than a service I offer — it is a meaningful part of my own life journey, and something I feel truly honoured to share with others. 💜
My late mum completed her Reiki course over 20 years ago. At that time, Reiki wasn’t widely understood and was often seen as something unusual or “magic juju.” 😂
I was young, so I didn’t fully understand it then, but as I grew older, I began to truly appreciate what she had learnt and the impact it had.
I witnessed the beautiful changes that come from inner healing, self-awareness, and taking time to nurture yourself. It opened my eyes to a life centred around peace, balance, and helping others on their own journey. ✨
Over the years, I have faced my own struggles with depression, anxiety, grief, life pressures, and postpartum depression. Along the way, I lost parts of myself by focusing so much on others that I forgot to care for me.
I realised I needed change — to look inward, understand my emotions, quiet my mind, and reconnect with myself.
I’ve been fortunate to experience sessions with amazing practitioners who each helped me in different ways. I will always be grateful for them. 💜
I wanted to find calm, build confidence, support my emotional wellbeing, manage stress, and most importantly, give myself permission to slow down and prioritise me.
From where I started to where I am now, I am proud of the woman I am becoming through everything I’ve experienced.
Sometimes we need to make a change. To put ourselves first, reconnect, and learn to love ourselves from the inside out. 🌿
That is why I chose this path.
Through Aliyah’s Boutique, I hope to create a safe, peaceful space where you can pause, breathe, reconnect, and take time for you.
Because self-care isn’t selfish💜
