We focused on practical ways to build and maintain muscle and bone health through exercise, nutrition, and healthy ageing strategies.
It was a great opportunity to explore how exercise and nutrition contribute to long-term health.

Going grey with the team this weekend 🩶⚡
This weekend we’re proud to stand alongside Keilor Thunder for their “Go Grey in May” round, raising awareness and support for brain cancer research through the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation.
Our team will be repping grey hoodies courtside as we support the players, families, and community impacted by this disease.

Introducing our new physiotherapist, James!
James is passionate about helping people overcome injuries and get back to the activities they love, with a strong focus on sports and performance.
With experience as a local football sports trainer, he’s skilled in injury management, rehab, and return-to-sport planning.
James combines hands-on treatment with personalised, evidence-based exercise programs to support long-term recovery and prevent future injury.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys basketball, AFL, and spending time with friends and family.
