👊Grounding blend is excellent for days when you find yourself emotionally overwhelmed and drained, when you’re second-guessing everything and stress has affected your ability to focus and concentrate.
The blend contains cardamom in high concentration, the chief which is known as ‘oil of objectivity’ for a good reason. So when you are in need, use this blend and roll it on your heart chakra or solar plexus chakra: the center of responsibility, to help “digest” intense emotions of frustration & anger as well as to motivate yourself 🙏

💫 Revelation time: I know our sleep blend is the best seller however our happy baby blend also works magic for sleep 🪄
The reason I created happy baby is that it’s gentle for the babies, as it has essential oils that helps them with teething pain too, and that also works well for adults to release pain as we tend to hold a lot of emotions in our jaw.
