It’s been a minute since I coached but damn I miss it! I’m excited to announce that I’ll be working with a handful of clients online who are looking to make their health, wellness & fitness a priority again.

As we all lead busy lifestyles we tend to let our wellness slide through the cracks purely due to the excuses we tell ourselves.

“I’m to tired”
“I can’t afford a gym”
“I don’t have time”
“I’m not motivated”
“I’ll start my diet Monday”
“I’ll train tomorrow”
“I’m to embarrassed”
“There’s no point I never get any results”

Do these excuses sound familiar?

These are all lies we tell our selves to trick the mind into thinking it’s okay, we don’t need to do this, we don’t need to be healthy, we don’t need to exercise today.

Fitness as been my whole life, career and purpose I frankly don’t know where I would be without it.

There has been countless people who I have coached in the past who went from literally HATING them selves and everything about their life to now qualifying them selves as personal trainers and changing lives because they know first hand the positive impact that it had on their own life.

Or a lady who lost 60 kilos training with me in 6 months and could fit into a size 10 after 18 years of not being able to do so.

8 years in the industry has given me the opportunity to coach hundreds of people and change hundreds of lives all over Australia.

“Train the mind and the body will follow” - Don’t accept these bu****it excuses you tell your self to get out of eating healthy and going to the gym.

Living a healthy lifestyle will lead to a HAPPIER life I promise you - no matter what is going on in your world life is better when you are fit and healthy.

I see to many people who neglect their health and well-being and don’t prioritize fitness at all. These are also the same people who lack confidence, have low self esteem, hold hate against them selves, don’t enjoy the beach, don’t travel, don’t think they are worthy of love sadly because they just don’t love them selves.

I am a true believer that fitness is simply a non - negotiable - it needs to be done every week no matter what.

3 x 30 minute sessions in combination with a diet that hits your macronutrients and puts you in a calorie deficit will help you lose weight.

That’s simply all you need to get started.
