EASY HOMEMADE PROTEIN BALLS
🥣 Ingredients (Makes 14 Balls)
• 1 cup (90g) rolled oats
• ½ cup (60g) vanilla protein powder
• ¼ cup (60g) natural peanut butter
• ¼ cup (60ml) honey or maple syrup
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2–3 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based), as needed
Optional:
• 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

👩🍳 Method
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
2️⃣ Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.
3️⃣ If the mixture is too dry, add milk 1 teaspoon at a time until it comes together.
4️⃣ Roll into 14 even-sized balls.
5️⃣ Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
6️⃣ Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.

What an incredible way to kick off our Eat • Sleep • Train Transformation Challenge! 💖
With over 25 amazing women joining us, I wanted this induction to be more than just an information session, I wanted it to be an experience that left every queen feeling inspired, supported, empowered, and excited for the journey ahead.
From goal setting, body scans, nutrition guidance, challenge expectations, and mindset coaching, to sampling high-protein meals, snacks, sweets, and healthy food options, every detail was designed to help our ladies feel confident and prepared before they even step into Week 1.
Most importantly, we took the time to connect, share our goals, understand our challenges, and remind one another that transformation isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency, showing up, and having a community that lifts you up when you need it most. ❤️
Seeing everyone come together, support one another, and leave feeling motivated made all the planning, preparation, and effort worth it.
This challenge is about so much more than weight loss. It’s about building strength, confidence, healthy habits, and becoming the best version of yourself.
