The first of many videos from this colour correction journey 🤎❤️
Underneath years of dark box dye was previously over processed bleach damage, so lifting the hair aggressively wasn’t an option. We used colour remover first to slowly break down old pigment while protecting the integrity of the hair as much as possible.
For the final colour, we blended a deep violet with two different reds using low level developer to create a rich, dimensional red without pushing the hair too far.
Colour correction is patience, strategy, and working with the history of the hair ✨
