Harmony Hero Award – February | Stuart 🤍

Stuart has been recognised for his outstanding care and quick thinking during a critical situation involving a client with a life-threatening septic wound.

In a highly stressful moment, Stuart remained calm and acted swiftly — even using FaceTime to connect directly with emergency services — ensuring the client received urgent medical attention without delay.

His support didn’t stop there. Stuart’s clear and thorough incident documentation played an important role in ensuring the client’s ongoing care was managed safely and effectively.

What truly stands out is his genuine dedication. Stuart also went out of his way to support another client in his own personal time, reflecting the kindness and commitment he brings to every interaction.

We’re incredibly grateful to have Stuart as part of the Harmony team. 🤍

Harmony Hero for February – Amina 🤍

Amina has been recognised for the care and consistency she brings to every client she supports.

Recently, she provided exceptional support to a client recovering from multiple fractures — a situation that required not only skill, but patience, empathy and emotional understanding. Amina handled this with quiet professionalism and genuine compassion throughout.

She is often praised by clients for her warm presence, reliability, and positive attitude — qualities that truly make a difference in day-to-day care.

Amina has been part of the Harmony family since 2022, and we’re so grateful for the care she continues to bring to our community. 🌿

This year marks nine years of Harmony Homecare.

What began as a small vision to support people to live independently at home has grown into a community of clients, families, carers and staff who show up for one another every day.

Over the years, we’ve expanded our services across aged care and the NDIS while staying true to the values that shaped us from the beginning empathy, compassion and personalised care.
