These days, I find myself trying to chase the sun. ☀️

I work indoors, often in the dark. We dim the lights, create a calm atmosphere, and help our clients relax, unwind, and reconnect with themselves.

And while I love the work I do, I’ve noticed something…

After spending so much time indoors, I crave the light. I crave being outside, feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin, breathing in fresh air, and simply being under an open sky.
