💕 Dear Beautiful Ladies 💕

As many of you know, the past few years have been a lot with the past 6 months topping the cake.

Many of you see me all bright and happy at work as I am trying to hold it together as much as I can. But beneath it all. I am crumbling.
I am back to canceling day time clients left right and centre.
I am stuck at the school for hours at a time, being physically hurt and then all of the therapies.
Additionally, my evenings my kids fully rely on me when I get home to restart their bed time routines. They are staying awake and not getting to bed until an unsuitable time which is then leaving me unable to get to bed until well after midnight 2x a week.

After much thought, I’ve made the decision to reduce my workload by 50%, effective immediately.

This wasn’t a decision I made lightly, but lately I’ve been feeling the effects of burnout and know I need to create more balance in my life. My beautiful children need more of me right now, and I need to take some time to prioritise both my family and my own wellbeing.

Please don’t worry, no existing appointments will be cancelled. However, I will be adjusting my availability and blocking out some times moving forward.

To help accommodate as many of you as possible, I’ll be alternating Tuesday and Thursday evening appointments, alongside my daytime availability.

Thank you for your ongoing love, support and understanding. I am so grateful for each and every one of you and for the support you’ve shown me over the years.
