Antish offers highly skilled and professional Myotherapy services, tailoring each consultation to individual needs. Using techniques of muscle manipulation, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, dry needling, joint mobilisation, stretching and corrective exercise, Antish will help with any issue you may have with pain, injury or dysfunction. Whilst Antish has an interest in treating all injuries, he has extensive experience in treating conditions such as headaches, shoulder and back pain, sciatica and knee pain. He has a passion for seeing people overcome injuries or ongoing niggles, whether lower back or neck pain, headaches, joint discomfort, leg length differences, scar tissue build up, or similar. My approach is to use remedial massage training to realign the body first.
