When someone tells me they haven’t had their makeup done before, I get SO excited!
I live for these reactions honestly ❤️

When your nervous system has been surviving, there's no room for thriving.
I know this because I've been there.
When you're dysregulated, your brain focuses on staying alive rather than prioritising opportunities of growth.
Once you free your mind and begin emptying those stacks of boxes in your brain, you begin to create space for all of these things above to manifest.
Let's stop normalising 'being busy' as a coping strategy.
You deserve to thrive.

Let’s clear up a few sound bath misconceptions. 🌀
1. You have to be spiritual to attend.
Not at all. At its simplest, it’s an opportunity to slow down and experience sound, vibration and frequency — and how your body and nervous system respond to them. You can simply come as you are, be curious, and see how it feels for you.
2. Falling asleep means you’re doing it wrong.
Quite the opposite. If you feel safe enough to fall asleep, let yourself sleep. There is no prize for staying conscious the entire time. Your body might simply be taking the opportunity to rest and switch off for a while.
3. You have to be completely still.
Nope. Comfort can look different for everyone. Shift your position, stretch, move your legs, get comfortable, or simply settle back in. You’re allowed to listen to what your body needs rather than trying to perform “stillness.”
4. Your eyes have to be closed the whole time.
Closing your eyes can help enhance the auditory experience by reducing visual input and allowing you to focus more deeply on the sense of sound. But there’s no rule that says they have to stay closed. If you want to open them, look around, or simply take a moment to orient yourself — you can.
5. The more instruments, the more advanced the practice.
More doesn’t necessarily mean better. I’d rather work with a smaller number of instruments intentionally and learn how to use them well than throw five or six instruments into a session without purpose. It’s about how the sound is used, not how much equipment is in the room.
There is no perfect way to experience a sound bath.
You don’t have to believe anything, achieve anything, or do anything “right.”
Just come as you are. 🤍

Always thinking. Planning. Creating. Solving. Moving from one thing to the next.
A sound bath is an invitation to step away from all of that for a little while.
You simply get comfortable, close your eyes and listen. There’s nothing to achieve and no right way to experience it. You might notice your thoughts quieten, your body soften, or simply enjoy having a moment where you don’t have to do anything.
For 60 minutes, you can put the phone away, let the outside world fade into the background and give yourself permission to just be.
If you’d like to experience it for yourself, comment SOUND BATH below and I’ll send you the details of my next session. ✨
Come as you are.
Lie down. Breathe. Listen. Receive.
