Collagen production naturally declines with age, beginning in the mid-twenties and continuing at a rate of approximately 1% per year. By the time visible signs of ageing appear, collagen loss has already been occurring for some time.

PAR Olive Collagen is formulated around three key ingredients. Wild-caught Norwegian marine collagen, sourced from deep-sea cod off the North Atlantic and selected for its bioavailability and purity. Marine collagen peptides are efficiently absorbed and naturally rich in glycine, proline and hydroxyproline, the amino acids that support the skin's structural matrix.

Freshwater pearl powder, valued for its mineral density including calcium, zinc, magnesium and selenium, which support skin health and collagen-maintaining processes. And Australian Kakadu plum, one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C, an essential cofactor in collagen synthesis that also helps protect the skin from oxidative stress.

Together, these ingredients support skin elasticity, hydration and the body's own collagen production from within. It is one of our most consistently recommended products for clients focused on age management and long-term skin health.

Acne is rarely just a skin concern.

When this client came to us, the breakouts were persistent and inflammatory. They had tried products. They had tried treatments. Nothing was getting to the root of it.

We started by exploring what was driving it. Internal health, lifestyle, stress, the full picture. From there, we built a plan around the cause, not just what was visible on the skin.

The skin took time to settle. The results you see here took commitment. That is what a real skin journey looks like.

4 key light and laser treatments. Different mechanisms, different concerns, different outcomes. ✨

Winter is the optimal season for this kind of corrective work. Lower UV exposure means safer treatment conditions, reduced risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation and faster, more consistent recovery.

In June, we will be launching our winter light and laser season. Understanding which treatment suits your skin is the first step, and that is exactly what a consultation at St. Skin is for.

Skincare does not stop at the surface.
The Osmosis Skin Elixir range takes an internal approach to skin health, with each elixir formulated to address a specific concern through the body's own systems. Inflammation, hydration, pigmentation, overall skin vitality. There is an elixir designed around each one.

What makes this range worth paying attention to is the specificity. Rather than a general wellness supplement, each elixir has a targeted purpose, designed to work alongside your in-clinic treatments and homecare routine as an internal layer of support.

At St. Skin, internal wellness is one of the five pillars we explore with every client.

IPL Skin Rejuvenation works by delivering controlled pulses of broad-spectrum light into the skin, absorbed by melanin and haemoglobin to break down pigment and vascular irregularities at the source.

Unlike topical treatments that manage pigmentation from the surface, IPL addresses the underlying deposit of melanin directly. The body then processes and clears the broken-down pigment naturally over the weeks following treatment, with results continuing to improve across a planned series.

It is one of the most effective treatments available for sun damage, uneven skin tone, broken capillaries and post-inflammatory pigmentation. Winter is the optimal season to begin. Lower UV exposure during the treatment and recovery period means safer conditions and more consistent outcomes.

Persistent redness and visible capillaries are among the most common concerns we treat at St. Skin.

Broken or dilated capillaries are structural changes within the skin. They do not resolve with topical skincare alone. Addressing them requires targeted light or laser technology that reaches the vascular irregularity directly, delivering energy absorbed by the haemoglobin in the vessel to break it down and allow the body to clear it naturally.

Results from vascular treatments are cumulative. Most clients require a series of sessions to achieve the outcome they are looking for, with improvement building progressively across the treatment plan. This is not a limitation of the treatment. It is simply how the skin responds and remodels over time.

One of the most common questions we get during a DMK Enzyme Therapy treatment is: what is that pulsing?

What you are seeing is the plasmatic muscle action created by the enzyme masque as it works beneath the surface. The rhythmic contractions visible through the skin are the masque drawing out toxins, congestion and waste while simultaneously flooding the cells with oxygen and nutrients. It is a physiological response, not a reaction, and it is exactly what is supposed to happen.

The pulsing is most visible along the neck and jawline, where the muscle and lymphatic activity are most pronounced. For clients feeling it for the first time, it can be surprising.

This is enzyme therapy working at the level it is designed to work at. Cellular, measurable and visible.
