Some of my latest gluten free eats across Melbourne and homemade.
All delicious.
Highly recommend in Coburg North for some amazing gluten free pasta and a great range of gluten free take home pasta, flours, focaccia and more.
They are open for lunch on Fridays and Saturdays and dinner of Friday evenings. Vince the owner is lovely, creating a warm and welcoming dining experience. The vibe is great and so is the food! 5/5 recommend! The gnocchi was delicious.
If you are looking for a great date night spot or your next cosy catch up with friends in Surrey Hills is a great spot! with delish gluten free pizzas, a menu of sharing dishes and dessert with gluten free options.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and nice and intimate.
I tried the gluten free mushroom and truffle pizza (delish), the provoletta with chimichurri (highly recommend 5/5), the pan seared salmon (tasty) and the mango cheesecake which had a gluten free option (also amazing and 5/5).
Due to limited kitchen space, they use a shared fryer so as a coeliac I opted not have the fried items.
Highly recommend a visit!

I know it’s been a long wait guys, but here is the final Installment of my gluten free pizza hunt!
Last stop is📍Shop 225, 225 Melville road in Pascoe Vale South.
The gf pizza base was super light and fluffy, reminded me of a focaccia style base. The toppings were nice, and the gluten free options were great - so many choices! They are coeliac accredited, so you can eat here safely. The only downside for me was that on the day I went the service was a little inconsistent. But the food was good, worth a visit.
The BEST gluten free southern style fried chicken in Melbourne! are killing it, this chicken is amazing. So tender and juicy, sauces on point and that seasoning, delish. They have a huge amount of gluten free on the menu and use separate fryers for the fries and for the gluten free chicken. Service was also fabulous. I’ll be back!
What I ordered:
- Fried chicken tenders, mild 5/5
- Mash and gravy, 4/5
- Pickles, 5/5
- Smoked hot sauce (amazing) 5/5
- Hickory bbq sauce 4/5
Guys! .portphillip just opened a storefront in South Yarra! These donuts are by far the best allergy free donuts I’ve ever had. Take a trip and visit, and trust me - try the luscious lemon!

Dessert sorted! These soufflé pancakes from .milkbar are soooo light and fluffy. There are so many options to choose from as the whole menu is gluten free with the exception of two toppings on the menu. So as a gluten free eater, we are spoilt for choice!
The house made sodas are also to die for. So fresh and packed with flavour and real fruit! No filler or processed ingredients in these - win! 🙌🏼
Loved it, will be back for the chocolate basque cheesecake next visit!
If you’re looking for a delish gluten free dessert, pay them a visit.

I visited in Glen Iris (157 Burke Road) to check out the gluten-free options on the weekend (invite).
The focaccia in the gluten-free panini was so light and soft! I got the Caprese and loved it. They offer plenty of filling options (only the cotoletta isn’t GF). I also tried the gluten-free pizza from their night menu, it had a soft, airy base similar to a light focaccia, plus their pannacotta and fresh orange juice. All delish!!
They also offer weekly rotating specials.
Important for coeliacs: they cannot guarantee full coeliac safety due to cross-contamination risk. No separate prep area, but they use paper when toasting gluten-free sandwiches and were open to feedback.
