However, we are a small business that relies on having our clients turn up to their booked appointment, not only so that we can keep our team employed, but so we can keep the doors open and strive to provide quality work in the industry. When you don’t attend your appointment or don’t give us enough notice that you can’t attend, that also means that we have turned away other clients because that time was allocated to you specifically for that service, which is not fair on our loyal clients who wish to secure a time that is convenient for them. To protect all of our loyal clients appointments, to ensure our book is always up to date, to protect our business from loss of trading, and to ensure your appointment is relaxing and enjoyable, we have applied the following salon policy below. We may use or discretion and waive the policy where we find necessary.

1. All new clients having services totalling over $100 will be required to leave a 50% deposit to secure their first appointment, which will be redeemable on the day of your services.

2. All no-show clients, may incur a 100% fee on their previous appointment upon booking their next visit to the salon.If refused, no future appointments will be held for you until this amount is paid.

3. All Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will require a 50% fee of the total booking upon cancellation (credit card payment over the phone). If refused, no future appointments will be held for you until this amount is paid.

4. Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment. We run on set appointment time slots for each individual service and if changed on the day, it will most likely clash with other client services.

5. All clients will be sent a confirmation SMS 2 days prior to their appointment. Failure to confirm 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in the appointment being cancelled. Please note: it is an automated system and can only receive “YES” or “NO” responses, no personal messages.

6. Our highly trained stylists strive to provide professional colour results using only the best Haircare. Precision Hair & Beauty cannot guarantee long term lasting results unless you are using the recommended home hair care our team has advised you on to suit your hairs needs.

7. As per the Small Business and the Competition and Consumer Act, any problems with your service must be reported within 1 (one) week of the original service by phone call or in person. As per the Small Business and the Competition and Consumer Act, Precision Hair & Beauty will then fix the service at no charge, within 1 (one) week of the report of the fault.

8. Please consider all other clients in our salon at the time of your appointment and bringing children into the salon. As much as we love children we understand that hours in the salon waiting patiently can be quite a difficult task. Out of respect to all of our clients who spend their hard-earned money to have valued relax and pamper time, unruly and loud clients and/or their children will be asked to leave the salon.
