For those who are new here, I’m Deanna and ILM started as a side hustle whilst I ran my Lash and Brow Business so now I’m building 2 beauty businesses at once like a crazy person!

I’ve been a lash artist for 15 years, I do not do lashes anymore but will opt in for the occasional lift still!

I focus on the salon marketing, admin and management now so I can organise ILM whilst the girls see our amazing clients.

I’m very lucky to have amazing staff who I trust and consider as close as family. We are an amazing team 🫶🏼

A Lash and Brow business is amazing - strive for the stars. It’s an amazing career and I have learned so so much about services, clients, customer service, etiquette, business management and more.

I will always tell newer artists to learn everything, save every penny, don’t get cocky because there will always be someone newer and shinier and you may decide you no longer want to do it anymore.

We are designed for growth as humans, it’s normal.

This industry is hard but very rewarding. Anyways, I grew some balls to post this 😂

How many full time careers can one person have? Content in itself to this level is its own job. 🤷🏽‍♀️ it’s the video editing, the model, the time…it’s not just creating carousel posts and this is the stuff you can’t really outsource to a VA.
