ℹ️Abdominal lymphatic drainage: What is it?
Basically, abdominal lymphatic drainage consists of manual techniques that apply gentle movements and adequate pressure. At the same time that we stimulate the lymphatic vessels to promote the passage of lymph through the circulatory system, we combat the accumulation of fluids in the body.

By stimulating the lymphatic vessels and the circulatory system in the right measure, abdominal lymphatic return promotes several benefits for the body: Reduction of swelling;
Improved healing;
Help in the elimination of lymph.

Lymph is a very important liquid for the human body, as it circulates throughout the body to clean impurities from the blood, playing a crucial role in the immune system.
