At Gasp Hair Studio, some of the most special relationships we build go far beyond the salon chair. Over the years, our clients become friends, and today we want to show our love and support for a very special long-time client and friend Shelley and her husband, Michael. ❤️

In June 2023, their world changed when Michael was diagnosed with Stage IV prostate cancer. Since then, they have faced this incredibly difficult journey together, with courage, love and determination. Now, in a beautiful and meaningful gesture, she has chosen to use her 50th birthday as an opportunity to raise funds and awareness for the fight against cancer, helping other families who may be facing their own battles.

Cancer has touched so many of our lives, whether through family, friends or people we hold close to our hearts. Every donation, no matter how big or small, can help support this important cause and contribute to making a difference for others.

We had a new client come in with a lot of breakage from years of bleach. Matty worked his magic with a full head of foils & toner to try even the colour out while also trying to minimise any more damage.

This lovely lady came in as a haircut model and gave Lily the perfect opportunity to build her skills and confidence while working on a beautiful layered haircut. 💇‍♀️

This was Lily’s second attempt at a layered cut, and it’s safe to say… she absolutely nailed it! 👏✨
