Some hair takes a lot longer to lift to a creamy blonde and is more resistant.
I personally like to use a lower volume peroxide to protect the hair’s integrity and reduce gold throwback without sending the hair into shock ⚡️
I often hear clients say their last hairdresser lifted their colour very quickly 😬😳🤯
Yes it is possible to pump up the volume to 30 or 40 vol peroxide but doing this can create a lot more damage, and less control over the lifting process.
