🤎 A little update from 1st October
From 1st October, small businesses can no longer pass on card payment surcharges to our clients.
This is just another cost we’ll need to absorb, alongside the ever-rising costs of running a small business.
Because of this, there will be a slight increase to our service menu from 1st October 2026.
We want to be completely transparent with you — this isn’t about being greedy or making more. It’s simply about making sure we can continue to run our business sustainably, invest in our team and products, and provide the level of service you know and love. 🫶
We are so incredibly grateful for every single one of you who continues to support our small business. Your loyalty means more than you know.

⚠️ Trigger warning — this one might make you cry 🥹
As most of you know, our Nelly is spreading her wings and will be finishing up at the salon in just a few weeks.
This is such a bitter/sweet post… and quite honestly, I think I’m probably still in denial that she’s actually leaving us. 🥹
Nelly, I am SO incredibly proud of the beautiful person you are, and so grateful that I’ve had the privilege of watching you grow from that shy little school-based apprentice all those years ago, into the fully fledged, kick-ass beauty therapist you are today.
Thank you for being such an integral part of the TB team. You have left your mark on this salon in so many ways, and you will be greatly missed by us all.
But while I’m selfishly sad to see you go, I’m also SO excited to see what’s next for you. ✨
