What a beautiful experience to be able to finish off 2022 doing what I love, facilitating breathwork and sound healing at . What made it even more amazing is that I got to share this experience with two people who I love dearly and 🤍 Alyce and Lars I could not have done this without your love, care and support so thank you from the bottom of my heart 🤍

Yesterday I completed my level 2 sound healing training with the amazing Lillie. With her help, guidance and knowledge I now have a one hour sound healing session of pure bliss which involves me using sound bowls, shamanic drums, koshi chimes, breathwork as well as incorporating .lillie.healing mists and oils. The heavenly fragrance of Blue Lillie is such a beautiful addition as it helps us connect to our bodies and opens us to frequencies of love, harmony and healing. I am so excited to start providing this and take you on a magical sound journey. These sessions are available for 1:1, group sessions, corporate gigs and music festivals too.
