Terry and his son Francesco Parisi have continued on their family run business of their barbershop, Hairtek for Men on Pine Avenue in the Mildura City Heart precinct.

With a family run business, Francesco has also had the privilege to not only work alongside his father Terry, but his grandfather too, marking 3 generations of barbers established over 55 years. Wow!

The best part about working together as a family for the Parisi men is that their bonds keep strengthening with each other, but also testing their patience at the same time. Francesco expressed, "It’s like you get to support each other, share stories, ideas, and then tackle some challenges together. Plus creating all the good memories along the way."

One great lesson passed on from Terry is that he has taught his son over time the importance of hard work and perseverance. "My dad always said that sticking with something, even when it gets tough, pays off in the end. Also teaching me the value of working together and communication - those skills growing up around the older generation have matured me at an early age and really making a difference to who I am today." A testament of words from Francesco, demonstrating their bond as a work team and father-son duo.

Father’s Day out can consist of a fishing day down the river with nice weather, a good lunch in town and a car detail as a gift. You might spot Terry and Francesco this Sunday at one of their favourite places for a meal, such as Andys Kitchen for a delicious dinner or Pizza Cafe At The Grand for the Parisi special to celebrate this Father's Day!
