Time Out Massage Therapy

✨ Something very special has arrived at Adelaide Massage Connection & it's perfect for our regional therapists! ✨

I’m incredibly excited to announce the launch of the first online course for AMC - Chapman’s Reflexes: The Paula Nutting Method.

Chapman’s Reflexes is very special to me. Paula started out as my idol, then became my mentor and friend, and I’m incredibly honoured that she has entrusted me with continuing her work and bringing her course content to you online.

You can now dip your toe in the water with an e-book, work your way through the complete series of four, or take the plunge into the full online course.

And there’s more to come… Chapman’s workshops will be returning soon!

A huge thank you to Alex, who has worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring this very exciting project to life on my website. I couldn’t have done it without you!

Thank you, Paula, for your support and guidance and trusting me to carry on your amazing work.

Head over to the Adelaide Massage Connection website to take a look.

We held our latest Hot Stone Workshop last Friday, 22nd May, and another wonderful group of therapists has now joined the Hot Stone Connection, learning the secret to seamlessly integrating hot stones into their treatments.

What an amazing group to work with! There were plenty of laughs, lots of learning, and so much fun along the way.

Thank you all for such a fantastic day and for allowing me to share this beautiful modality with you.

If you would like to express your interest for the next workshop you can register at:

What a fabulous weekend in Adelaide with the incredible Paula Nutting!

Participants were blown away with jaw-dropping results as Paula shared her neurolymphatic work and myofascial meridian approach—so many “wow” moments across the two days.

A huge thank you to the wonderful group of therapists who joined us and made the weekend such a fun, supportive, and educational experience. And thank you, Paula, for trusting me in your classroom, for your ongoing support, and of course… the afternoon cocktails!

If you haven’t explored Paula’s work yet, I highly recommend it to all therapists—it’s truly incredible.
