Its with great excitement that I get to announce that I’m open!!
I will be available for bookings Friday 18th.
To keep up with safety precautions I kindly ask all clients to bring a clean pair of socks to wear during their session, I will provide gloves.
Whilst friends and family are very important to us, please can we ask that during this time you do NOT bring any guests, including children, into the warehouse with you for your appointment.

As we know, my Miranda studio is officially closed down.
I’m currently working out of Xact Recovery Club they are located in Miranda on Port Hacking road, as for opening day I will keep you all in the loop.
Im just working on a few things on my end.

It’s with a heavy heart I come to inform you that we have closed our Miranda studio, due to the pandemic our landlord was not accommodating, therefore we will be relocating, I am awaiting for a secure premise to run One Fifty Below.
I just want to say a big thank you for everyone who has supported my small business, rest assured we will be back.
This is not a good bye, it’s just a see you later!!

Hello my freeze friends.
Little life update :-
Kevin and I would like to introduce you to our newest addition.
Stone.
born 2nd July.
we are so in love 🖤

It takes a lot of hard work and dedication.
But success is no accident.
Kevin won the Australian amateur heavyweight title last night and to say I’m proud is an understatement. A big thank you to all the boys inside and outside of the gym, and a extremely big thank you to Kevs coach Jon from for all the hard work leading up to this fight, couldn’t do it without you!

Hello my freeze friends!!
Kevin and I are excited to greet a tiny new addition to our family in the next few weeks. I will begin maternity leave on June 19th and I plan to be back to work in August.
The first few weeks with our baby will definitely be an adjustment period, and I’m looking forward to devoting my time to him. Please note I will be monitoring emails at least once per week.
If we have any open packages with you at the time I begin my leave, and you have any concerns about them, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

In the community spirit let’s get behind this fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis on behalf of my clients Gemma & Jack, their son Casey who’s 7 years old is attempting to raise money for his younger brother who was born with the condition.

It’s all going down this Saturday 29th May at F45 Menai, what is it you ask? well!
It’s a work out, but not for the faint hearted,😅
It kicks off at 6am, 7am, 8am & 9am.
This will be a team effort work out so bring your mates along more the merrier.
All we ask is for a donation, let’s just say you bring 10 mates and each friend brings $1, that’s $10!!
F45 will also be providing snacks, to help you refuel.🍉🍌🍎🍇🍓
So let’s get behind Casey and let him get to his goal of $2,000, just remember $1 for us adults is pocket change, but to a 7 year old with a mission it means everything!!! So when all these people turn up to the gym for his fun raiser let’s make it feel electric...
