Today was my first day back at work after 14 months of maternity leave. 🤯
I wasn’t expecting such an emotional welcome. Walking into the office to my old team standing up, clapping and cheering is something I’ll never forget. 😭😭 My new team have also been so incredibly kind, and I left feeling so grateful.
The last 14 months have been one of the greatest gifts of my life. Time spent with my two little ones that I’ll never get back. It was a season of slowing down, sleepless nights, chaos, cuddles, and I cherish all these moments with my family.
And now… a new season begins.
Every new beginning also means closing a chapter. There’s excitement, uncertainty, and a lot of gratitude all at once.
I’m not sure what this next season will hold, but I’m looking forward to discovering what it will teach me. ❤️
