Hi there, I’m Teysha, and I am thrilled to welcome you to my clinic located in the tranquil Southern Highlands of NSW. As a qualified remedial massage therapist, I specialise in providing a range of massage treatments tailored to meet your health and wellness needs in a peaceful and relaxing environment. With 20+ years in the fitness, health, and wellness industry, I have a unique understanding of strength, stability, and flexibility through my teaching and coaching experiences, which in addition to massage, have included personal training, fitness instruction, yoga, Pilates, and meditation. I strongly believe that taking a holistic approach is vital to achieving inner peace and unlocking your body’s full potential. By combining the transformative power of touch and movement, I am committed to working with you on your restorative journey through either relaxation or remedial massage techniques whilst also nurturing your mind and soul to achieve ultimate rejuvenation.
