We know life happens. Kids get sick, work runs late, or you get called in, plans change. We get it, truly.
But we’re a small business, and every appointment in our book matters. When you book in, we set that time aside just for you. Your therapist plans around it, preps for it, and often says no to someone else who wanted that spot.
So when an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled with late notice, or missed, it’s not just an empty bed. It’s lost income for our business and a missed chance for another client on our waitlist.
That’s why we have a 48 hour cancellation and reschedule policy. Anything within 48 hours, or a no-show, incurs a $100 fee.
We totally understand that life gets busy and things come up. All we ask is that you let us know as early as you can, so we can pass your spot on to someone else.
