Tuesday 6-7pm
Wednesday 8-9am
Thursday 10-11am
Enjoy learning a blend of strengthening hatha and softening yin paired with pranayama and meditation.
Watch the ocean as you are led through a relaxing one hour class with Suzie, an experienced yoga teacher.
All levels catered for, including beginners!
