An update for all those who are not aware!
I have been absolutely smashed with Influenza A and have already been off from work since Tuesday last week. I am still quite unwell and will still need another day or 2 to get back on my feet.
The only way Sacred Body has been functioning in my absence is because of our amazing and gorgeous therapist, Monique. While she is very new to Sacred Body, she has stepped up to keep appointments ticking over while I have been unavailable.
Please, please, please be patient with us while I get back to my usual vital self and give Monique lots of support while she shuffles appointments on my behalf.
Right now, I am hoping to be back in there this Thursday. However, I was expecting to be back today yet went backwards again overnight, so it really is a day-to-day observing at the moment.
To everyone that we have already rescheduled over the last week, thank you so very much for your understanding it has been incredibly supportive to me to know that you have all been sending your well wishes.
